Since eBooks are delivered instantly in digital format, all eBook purchases are non-refundable.

Live Training Programs

• Students may request cancellation before the first live session begins.
• Once classes have started, fees are generally non-refundable.
• Special cases may be reviewed at the sole discretion of Wizmax Infosis Technologies.

Recorded Courses

Once access to recorded content has been provided, refunds are generally not available.

Duplicate Payments

Any verified duplicate payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
